Archaeology? Ancient Artifects? Gods? Godesses? All that and more. The husband and Wife team of archeologists are brought home to examine an ancient artifact. They meet up with the Goddess of retribution (no way will I spell this correctly, so we’ll go with Dr. A) who has to explain that her sibling has caused issues for thousands of years, and is back to trying his brand of world domination. This is a pretty tongue in cheek work of fiction. So we aren’t going to worry about how all the real world details might not fit, this world that is made up. Cheaters are punished, and evil is thwarted…in the end… there are two more books in this series, so I’m guessing that thwarted doesn’t mean eradicated. Fun, quick read.
